Cathy Benford I love rice vinegar - grew up using it in my Japanese cooking but have started to use it more often as it’s not quite as acid as other vinegars. Although, I probably can’t get Nakano here. Heck, it’s hard to get most decent cooking ingredients here. :|19 hours ago · ·

NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar is the yummy vinegar ;) It’s made from whole grain rice and is naturally brewed fafter a process that dates back to Japan that’s over 200 years old.19 hours ago · ·

Cathy Benford As do I! (okay, maybe only dating back to Japan about 39 years….)

Cathy Benford Although we have some of those stores here, they’re very small and don’t carry much of what the larger “normal” stores carry. The Asian food section in the HEB isn’t even a whole shelf wide, much less tall.
