- The Tastetress The name sparked in my mind one day almost 2 years ago when I was thinking about how I wanted to express myself in a food focused blog. I feel that when I cook I am so focused on creating something that is over the top and absolutely impossible to resist, what can I say, I like to tempt with the food that I love… The tastetress came from that idea.

- The Tastetress I love Mediterranean cuisine especially for my day to day since it’s healthy & fresh, also I am Italian & Armenian, so it’s the food I grew up on. When I want to indulge I love making Southern food, Asian dishes, rustic Italian dishes, and comfort food classics…the stuff that makes your mouth water.

- The Tastetress Well I of course adore the foodiechats community, especially since so many of the foodies are local & I get to interact with them online & in person sharing. I also love sharing with fellow food bloggers here on Facebook often. Just got a great Valentines Day surprise delivered during the interview, flowers from my Father in Law!

- The Tastetress Some of my favorites that I try to stop in when I can are Steve’s Deli Chicago, Sayat Nova Restaurant, Tokio Pub, bigShaw’s Crab House fan, and a new one I just tried that I am already in love with is Sono Wood Fired…unbelievably great, and Chef was an awesome guy.
